Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Standard Shipping: Free for orders above $150
Expedited Shipping: Additional charges apply, calculated at checkout.
International Shipping: Available at an additional cost (varies based on location).

💡 Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of exchanges or returns.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is available for select locations.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Aesthra is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or external factors beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to ensure timely delivery.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
Aesthra is not liable for lost or stolen packages but will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
